PIlates Mini was made to be used in a doorway. The door will hold the anchor in the closing hinge of the doorway (see set up shop page). A door that closes towards you is great for setting up the kit, or a door that locks shut or a window or sliding door. To set up please look on the shop page for instructions and a video.
