  • Do you have videos for me to watch when using it?
    Yes we have access to our recommended workouts for Pilates Mini workout. You will have a barcode to scan when you purchase the product for exclusive access to our ten minute workouts. This library of workouts will target all positions and all areas of the body including pregnancy, post natal, lower back pain and how to help improve hamstring flexibility and overall strength and mobility. This library will continue to grow and be added to.
  • Do you have wholesale options for studios or training centres
    Yes we do. We have different levels of wholesale prices depending on how many you choose to buy in a bulk order. Please contact Phoebe via email info@pilatesmini.com
  • What if I am not satisfied with Pilates Mini?
    Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty, if so, you will send a photo of the problem and we can look into it to replace the product. Details for this in the booklet provided with purchase. Please email info@Pilatesmini.com
  • What is the recommended number of workouts weekly with Pilates Mini
    If your are a little unconditioned then you can notice increased muscular strength and awareness in ten days of using the Pilates Mini. If your regular to Pilates classes or strength training you will most likely feel the same results with Pilates Mini workouts however you may want to increase your workout to twenty minutes to enhance your muscular load. Pilates Mini is recommended daily as we suggest you target a different area of the body and then 24 hours before you target the same area again under that resistance. Suggesting you plan out your week like this Mondays Standing upper body and core workout Tuesdays Standing whole body workout Wednesday Glutes and arms workout Thursdays Lying down legs, arms and core workout Fridays Stretch and mindful mobility Weekends Repeat any of the above and add more resistance or rest for two days! More information is provided in your instruction booklet when you purchase the product.
  • Do you have a customer referral program?

  • Can you do online one to one sessions with Phoebe
    Yes if you have someone a little unfamiliar with Pilates then Phoebe is happy to have private sessions online to assist in the goal of the client to build confidence with using Pilates Mini. Please email info@pilatesmini.com for further information.
  • How does the set up work?
    All you will need to use Pilates Mini, is a doorway. The set comes with a door anchor that you place in a closed doorway towards you or otherwise in the hinge of the door like the diagrams below. Make sure you enough space to place your mat down for a lying down exercise series. Alternatively you can use no door anchor and use the theraband on their own for isolated arm strengthening exercises.
